Who we are

The website address is: https://dev.itup.ro/laprovincia2.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comment forms, as well as the visitor’s IP address and the user agent string in the browser to help us detect spam.

An anonymous string (also called a hash), created from your email addresses, can be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you use it. The privacy policy of the Gravatar service is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. Once your comment is approved, your profile photo will be visible to the public near your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images that have embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Website visitors can download and extract all location data from images on the site.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site, you can choose to save your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience, so you do not have to complete them again when you leave another comment. These cookies will be valid for one year.

If you have an account and log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie does not contain personal data and is removed when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set some cookies to save your login information and the on-screen display options. Login cookies are kept for two days, and those for on-screen display options are kept for one year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login cookies will be kept for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie does not include personal data and simply indicates the ID of the article you have just edited. It expires after 1 day.

Content embedded from other websites

Articles on this website may include embedded content (for example, videos, images, articles, etc.). The content embedded from other websites behaves exactly as if visitors had viewed another website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third party tracking and monitor your interaction with embedded content, including tracking your interaction with embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

How long we keep your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are kept indefinitely. This way, we can automatically recognize and approve all the next comments instead of keeping them in a queue for moderation.

For users (if any) who login on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can view, edit or delete their personal information at any time (but they cannot change their user name). Website administrators can also view and edit this information.

What rights you have on your data

If you have an account or have left comments on this website, you may request that you receive an export file containing the personal data we hold about you, including all the data you have provided to us. You can also ask us to delete all the personal data we hold about you. It does not include all the data that we are bound to keep for administrative, legal or security purposes.

Where we send you your data

Visitor comments can be verified through an automatic spam detection service.

How we protect your data

Your data is protected at any time through secure web hosting servers as well as dedicated security plugins for WordPress (blog platform).
